"Colors looked close to the photos"
I ordered a few different bead colors and most of them looked really close to the pictures online. One strand was a little darker in person but it wasn’t a big deal. For buying beads online that’s kind of what I expect. Overall I’m happy with them and I’d order again

I gave it a try, but the projects felt kind of stale and didn’t end up being very helpful for me. I even went back through my emails and receipt to double-check what I’d signed up for, thinking maybe I missed something, but it just wasn’t quite what I expected.

"Packaging Could’ve Been Better"
The packaging was disappointing. The bags were just loose inside, and one of the strands ended up getting tangled because of it. It wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it made the whole experience feel a bit careless and frustrating.

"Cute beads, ridiculous shipping"
I really loved the beads themselves, they looked great and were exactly what I wanted. But the shipping cost was kind of a rip-off. The beads are awesome, but that pricey shipping was the real villain here.

"Shipping was slower than expected"
My order took a lot longer to arrive than I thought it would, and the tracking barely updated along the way. I get that delays can happen, but it’s frustrating when you’re just waiting around with no real idea of when your package is coming. I think other customers would probably feel the same if they needed something by a certain date. I’d consider ordering again, but only if I wasn’t in any rush.

I feel like I was pulled in with promises of support, but once I actually needed help, nobody was there. It’s been really frustrating because it seemed like they’d be responsive, but I’m still waiting and getting nowhere

Am I missing something here? I was excited to try them, but the whole experience was a letdown. My order took longer to arrive than I expected, and one of the items didn’t really look like the picture online. I reached out to support, but the replies felt slow and not especially helpful. Maybe I had bad luck, but based on this experience, I don’t think I’d order again.

The pattern instructions felt unclear, and I kept having to guess what the next step was supposed to be. The photos didn’t really help much either, so I ended up restarting a few times. It’s a nice idea, but it was frustrating when I just wanted to sit down and make the piece.

"Checkout Was Okay, Just a Bit Sloooow"
Checkout worked in the end, but it felt a little sloooow for me. I ended up rechecking my shipping info because the page didn’t seem to update right away, which was a bit annoying. The payment went through fine though, and I got the confirmation email after, so it wasn’t a huge problem. Just not the smoothest checkout experience, and it could definitely be a little easier.

"A bit tough to follow as a beginner"
I gave a couple of the tutorials a try, i got frustrated quickly. Some steps felt like they were skipped over, and the camera angles didn’t always make it clear what was actually happening. To be fair, I can see how someone with more beading experience might be able to fill in the gaps, but for me as someone who needed more guidance, it ended up being confusing and not very helpful.

I’d say the sizing was off by about a size or two. I ordered what I normally wear, but it fit nothing like expected. Definitely check the measurements first if you’re thinking about buying

I returned some beads and did get my refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I thought it would?? Support did reply when I reached out, but not exactly quickly. Overall it worked out, just wish the process had been a little faster.

"Decent kit, but missing a few pieces"
I ordered this bead kit and was excited to get started, but it ended up being a little frustrating. A couple of the beads were missing, and the instructions weren’t super clear about what was supposed to be included, so I had to kind of guess and use some stuff I already had at home. Shipping was totally fine, but for a kit, I really expect all the pieces to be there. It’s not the worst thing ever, just kind of annoying

"Nice selection, but stock could be better"
I do like the bead selection overall, but quite a few of the colors I was hoping to get seemed to be out of stock. The site is easy to use, so that was nice, but I do wish the inventory was maybe kept a bit more up to date. I still ended up ordering a few things anyway.
